By using Calmeye you agree to the terms below. They are written plainly on purpose.
What Calmeye is
Calmeye is a wellness and relaxation app for eye comfort and healthy screen habits. It does not diagnose or treat anything, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If something about your eyes worries you, see an eye-care professional.
Your licence
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own. You agree not to resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute it.
Subscription
Purchases are handled by Apple. Billing, renewal and cancellation are managed in your App Store account, and you will always see the exact terms before anything is charged. A subscription renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends; deleting the app does not cancel one. Use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Liability
Calmeye is provided as is. ZeroSix Studio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
