Write to [email protected]. A human answers, usually within a day or two. Your iPhone model, your iOS version and what happened make it much faster.

Before you write

• Breaks not arriving? Check Settings, then your working hours and sleep window — Calmeye stays quiet outside them.
• Camera check-in not starting? Allow camera access in iOS Settings; the scan is optional and the rest of the app works without it.
• Coach not answering? It needs a connection, and it asks for permission before its first request.

Subscriptions

Pro is bought and cancelled through Apple: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Calmeye. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Requirements

iPhone and iPad on iOS 17 or later, in English, Russian, Japanese and Korean.
